How we started
The director of the company, Aaron Wall, worked as a support worker himself prior to starting the company and found that many participants were not getting the care that they deserved. This led him to start the company in February of 2023 and it has seen rapid growth. We believe this is because we have a genuine care for our participants and our mission is aligned with improving the quality of life of participants of the NDIS rather than financial gain.

24/7 Availability: As our name suggests, we are "Always Available" to offer support and assistance when our participants need it most. Whether it's day or night, we are just a call away to lend a helping hand.

Our Company 'theme'
You may have noticed a beach and/or water theme when perusing our website. We drew inspiration from the location of the company, the Gold Coast, when designing the company. In the initial stages of the company when working in the capacity of a support worker, Aaron found that taking participants to the beach often lead to great improvements in their physical and mental wellbeing.
There is a certain therapeutic effect that the beach and by extension, nature in general provides that we can appreciate and attempt to convey through our company theme.
